While I’m (we’re) waiting for better shooting weather so I can get out in the field again I thought this would be a good time to address some questions I get from readers occasionally that I’ve never adequately responded to.
Each of the following five photos was posted to Feathered Photography back in February and March, 2011.
It’s no surprise that it’s tough to make a living out there in the wild but I was surprised to find this much stark evidence of it on the same morning.
Yesterday was a pretty good day at Bear River MBR but any day I photograph a weasel is a good one.
There are two weasel species found in Utah. The Least Weasel isn’t supposed to be one of them.
This weasel may have been in a scrap and came out the loser but who knows, the “other guy” may look even worse.
This is an eclectic group of images but maybe that’s part of the appeal for me. They give me a sense of the variety of my subjects even when my primary goal is birds.
