They say that a little motion blur can be a good thing because of the action it implies. I’m far from convinced that’s true but opinions may (or may not) vary.
I realize that some folks aren’t big fans of Canada Geese. But I’ve got’em, I shoot what’s available and if I like the photos I post’em.

Man, does this photo ever bring back memories from long ago! It was taken on May 16, 2007 and it was the first flight shot of any bird I ever attempted.

For me at least Peregrine Falcons are usually unapproachable but occasionally when they’ve had prey I’ve been able to get close enough for quality photos. That’s why I appreciate the sacrifice of this American Coot.
