Feathered Photography On Hold

Recent health issues that may or may not be related to my bad back are forcing me to take a break from posting on Feathered Photography until I get them resolved or they’re at least significantly improved. I don’t know how long that might take.

I’ll miss my interaction with all of you in the meantime.

Ron

  19. You did forget!!!…the only reason I didn’t have a full-blown tantrum was because of your bad back and, most recently, your terrible finger wound….otherwise, I would have had a full-blown tantrum, mwhich would have been loud enough for you to hear it THERE, IN UTAH–and it would have been prolinged, violent and UGLY!!!

    • I’ve been thinking about having one, anyway, but you are so persistent and such a dedicated fuss pot, for you to miss sending out something makes me REALLY worry about you…THIS IS NOT IN CHARACTER!!!

      • Enjoy your break…heal fast and thoroughly, sleep late (at least to 6:00 or 7:00), and eat lots of chocolate donuts….🙂

  63. Suzanne McDougal

Pain as a never ending companion and all the nastiness that accompanies it are so consumingly exhausting. It is like having your personality and joy for life being drained out of you and refilled with bone tired fatigue, more pain, and an extra dose of anxiety. I am praying for you to find good advice, good care, to spend time with people you love, and to have the chance to replenish. Nothing else matters. You will kick the “Hell” out of this and we will all send you all the good karma we possess.

  64. Be well, Ron. Thank you for every bird and beast!

  65. Linda Berkemeier

I will miss my daily instruction from you; but, yes, do take time to care for yourself. This season of heat, fires, and less birds out there is a good time to take a break. I will send healing thoughts in your direction daily as I open my email. Reviewing your posts as suggested by another newish reader seems a worthy way to await your return.

  66. I, too, will miss Your daily posts. But yes, health does cover first, and everything else will follow. I look forward to reading that your health has improved and you will be able to post again.

  67. Ron,
As others have mentioned, it is good that you are focusing on your health. I will be looking forward to the time you are ready to resume your great photography and posts in the future. My very best wishes to you in the meantime!

  68. I will miss your posts and all the great comments, but I’m glad you’re taking the time you need to help yourself heal. I hope your recovery is quick, because it’s never fun to be in the middle of recovery, to be in pain that will seemingly never go away.

  69. I surmised something was amiss. Seek out the best care you can. You have to first take care of yourself, all else can wait. I certainly will miss the daily chat with you. I will take this time to review your daily posts from the very beginning since I joined your blog site so late. It’s something I’ve wanted to do but didn’t get around to other than back references you’ve made. Good thoughts and prayers are sent your way.

  70. Best wishes for a speedy recovery my friend!

  71. Take care of you. I’ll pray for you for improved health.

  72. Ron – Health has to come first. When you start posting again, we will be here – your posts are very worth waiting for! Meanwhile, we wish you the best!
